Boy, have we been having some great striper fishing these last couple of weeks! They have been in the 15# to 40# class with the NC state record being caught this week, I believe it was a 64# fish. Congratulations to the lucky angler! Most of my charters have been catching their daily limit with the fish being caught really close to the inlet. Today I caught my fish in Nags Head just a few miles north of the inlet. As most of you know, the rock fish is an excellent, delicious fish to eat, in fact, I've eaten it several times already this week. It is great grilled, baked, lightly fried, boiled with potatoes, as fish cakes and as a cold salad. So give me a call if interested in chartering the Sea Era. Thanks, Capt. Dean
