Our month of August had some great catches of bluefish, Spanish Mackerel and the false albacore. There was a strong showing of the red drum too. The false albacore should stay around through October and this fish is great to catch on light tackle. Fall is one of the best times to be here on the Outer Banks with our beautiful weather and the reduced vacation rental rates.
